Chef Jeb Aldrich of 4th & Swift Experienced and classically trained Chef Jeb Aldrich, who has been working alongside his celebrated dad Chef Jay Swift in 4th & Swift’s kitchen for the past three years, comes to Simple Abundance just in time to properly usher us into spring. He’ll demonstrate how to make English Pea Soup with Tybee shrimp and pickled carrot escabeche, Vanilla Poached Asparagus Salad with shaved fennel, parsley and Calabrese orange dressing, and Roasted Top Round of Spring Lamb with curried yogurt spatzle, wilted greens and bell pepper coulis.
