Cookbook author and Top Chef Fan Favorite Chef Kevin Gillespie returns to Simple Abundance at the helm of his very own restaurant, Gunshow, which has been generating quite the buzz with its brand new interactive take on restaurant dining. Kevin will be happy to autograph copies of his book and will demonstrate the following menu: First Course – Cranberry, Almond and Radicchio Salad, Second Course – Glazed Root Vegetables, Brussels Sprouts Gratin, and Oven-Roasted Chicken; and Third Course –  Warm Banana Pudding. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributor’s and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
