There’s a very good reason Atlanta Magazine named No. 246 one of Atlanta’s Top 50 Restaurants in 2015.  Chef de Cuisine Justin Gottselig will demonstrate how to make Watermelon Salad - feta, pickled melon rind, mint, spiced melon juice and crispy prosciutto, Herb Ricotta Ravioli - summer squash, brown butter, pine nuts and pecorino, and Braised Pork Cheeks - charred turnips, apples, Tuscan kale and pickled pimentos. You don’t want to miss this class.
