Top Chef alum Chef Kevin Gillespie’s posse is rolling deep tonight: all three chefs – Gillespie, Joey Ward and Andreas Müller – from popular Red Beard Restaurants Gunshow and Revival are teaching this class! They will demonstrate how to prepare the following home-cook friendly dishes from Kevin’s popular cookbook Fire In My Belly: Cornbread Pancakes with sliced Brandywine tomatoes and bacon mayonnaise, Kung Pow Brussel Sprouts, and Roasted Chicken with golden raisin and sweet onion jus with spring greens. Kevin will be available after the class to personally autograph his cookbook, which will be available for purchase. Evening includes wine tastings and a chance to win tasty door prizes.
