Your Guide to Happier Holidays

Jingle Jam

Jingle Ball and More Fun Plans

If you’re heading to Power 96.1’s Jingle Ball tonight, pick up a few raffle tickets that benefit ACFB. You could win a seat upgrade or even a meet and greet with Justin Bieber, Flo Rida or Enrique Iglesias! Preparing food for the holiday party? Grab and Give at participating Whole Foods grocery stores now through the 14th or help Kroger Can Hunger with $1, $3 or $5 at the register now through the 24th! There are plenty of ways to have fun and give back this holiday season!

Volunteer Your Time

We know time is a precious commodity, especially during the holidays. Why not do something truly valuable with your time? Volunteer. Our partner agencies are in need of volunteers as they prepare for the holidays. You can help with a toy distribution, gift wrap party and more! See the holiday volunteer options here.

Plant a Row for the Hungry

Virginia Willis

The Perfect Stocking Stuffer

Give the foodie in your life a gift that’s sure to please. We have gift certificates available for our Simple Abundance classes featuring top chefs (and sometimes, literally, “Top Chefs”) from around Atlanta teaching tips and tricks of cooking, all to benefit ACFB! These certificates are valid for an entire year, so there’s bound to be a class for that special someone on your list. Get your certificate today.

A Gift That Gives Twice

Sometimes the best gift is one that serves two purposes: It honors your loved ones and helps others at the same time. Our Holiday Gift Catalog makes giving (and giving back) easy this holiday season. Choose from a selection of unique gifts that help feed struggling families, then create an honor card for the special people in your life. No lines, no hassles, warm fuzzies included. Give a gift that changes lives today!

Chef Joe Truex of Watershed needs your help to win $4,000 for the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Chef Truex is one of four participating chefs in #4G4Hunger, a contest sponsored by Modern Luxury and Verizon Wireless. He’s been a great partner of ours, so let’s give him a hand. Vote for Joe today!
