Tax season is upon us, but it doesn’t have to be painful. If your household made $49,000 or less in 2012, you could have your taxes prepared at no cost through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program coordinated by the Food Bank’s Atlanta Prosperity Campaign and the IRS. Service Opportunity for Metro High Schoolers

Have a teenager looking for something meaningful to do this summer? The Youth Summit is a 4 day service program for rising 9th - 12th graders where students get to participate in interactive workshops and service projects with ACFB and other local hunger fighting organizations. Sessions will take place June 4-7 and July 16-19 at the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Learn more and be on the lookout for the application on our website February 1st!
