Janice Farewell

Farewell to a Dear Friend

It's hard to find people in our community who have worked with ACFB and have not been touched by Janice Reece. Janice came to ACFB to help run the Atlanta's Table prepared food rescue project in 1990 and eventually shifted to director of marketing, communications and special events. Over her 23 years of service, she has left an indelible mark on ACFB and the people she has worked with. We are sad to share that Janice passed away on July 29 due to complications from cancer. We will host a memorial on Monday, August 19 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Food Bank. Those wishing to make a contribution in her memory may visit our website.
