Making pasta at home can sound intimidating, but there is no substitute for pasta made from scratch. Join a collection of chefs from Fifth Group Restaurants as they share their passion and technique. Attendees will be guided through the pasta making process for a variety of fresh pasta dishes utilizing stuffed, extruded and gnocchi pasta. The chefs will demonstrate how to make Agnolotti Alla Norma with eggplant parmigiana filling, fresh heirloom tomato composta, and eggplant; Saffron Garganelli with veal shank sugo, green garlic gremolata, and robiola fresca; and Ricotta Gnocchi with porcini conserva, carrot butter, chervil, and smoked sea salt.
