During his recent travels through Northern Europe, Don was especially impressed with the often under-rated cuisine of Ireland. Inspired by his experiences there and the dishes that he enjoyed with his mother as they explored their Irish heritage, he brings a little luck o’ the Irish to Simple Abundance. Joining him for their annual tradition of teaching this holiday wine and cooking class is Founder and Owner of The Cook’s Warehouse, Mary Moore. These two will delight and inspire you to try new traditions this holiday season and beyond. They will demonstrate how to make Irish Soda Bread with butter, Green Salad, Mashed Cauliflower with Irish Cheddar, Carrots Three Ways, Salmon cooked on The Big Green Egg®, Lamb Stew, followed by a delicious dessert!
