Chefs Bertozzi and Weinstein will demonstrate how to prepare Cast Iron Searing Steaks – how to select a steak and a quality cast iron pan, and how to sear and baste steaks; Loaded Baked Potato Parisian Gnocchi – how to make Parisian gnocchi from start to finish, Pan Roasted Asparagus – how to choose asparagus when shopping, how to blanch and season vegetables properly, and how to roast asparagus, and French Creuller – Nutella, cream and fresh berries. The dessert will be made with the same pate choux dough that is the base of the gnocchi, showing class attendees how to have multiple uses for that one dough.
