In keeping with Miller Union’s food philosophy of simply prepared fresh ingredients, Emily will use locally sourced ingredients to demonstrate how to make Corn, Mushroom and Ricotta Stuffed Pasta, Sweet Potato Stuffed Tortolloni, and Summer Squash and Tomato Pappardelle.
