Chef Matt Marcus of Portofino Portofino features American-Italian cuisine offering a selection of simple pastas, innovative bistro-style appetizers and entrees. Chef Matt Marcus joins Simple Abundance this evening to demonstrate a typical bistro meal of Grilled Sardines with capers, shallot, and tomato with preserved lemon and parsley; fresh Homemade Black Spaghetti Aglio e Olio with Bottarga; and Fava Bean Tapenade made with summer onion, blossoms, orange-scented olive oil, mint and calabrese powder.
