Chef Edwin Molina of Double Zero Confused about all the different types of pasta or ever wanted to make your own at home? This is the class for you! Chef Edwin Molina will discuss the differences in three pasta doughs, including their textures and how to fill and shape stuffed pastas. He’ll also teach attendees how to make fresh pasta at home successfully while demonstrating how to make Cacio e Pepe featuring Tonarelli, cacao de Roma and black pepper; Celery Root Cappelletti with coal roasted beets and watermelon radish, and Pappardelle with Bolognese and Grana Padano.
