Entertaining with Les Dames d'Escoffier Simple Abundance Class

Chefs Virginia Willis, Tamie Cook, Holly Chute, Jennifer Booker, Cathy Conway and Hospitality Expert Sandra Banks of Les Dames d'Escoffier Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) is a worldwide society of women dedicated to creating a culture in the community that fosters excellence and promotes the achievement of women in culinary professions through educational and charitable activities. Atlanta Dames include chefs, restaurateurs, caterers, retailers, event planners, cookbook authors, food journalists and historians, winemakers and wine industry professionals, food publicists, culinary educators and hospitality executives. LDEI has been a long-time friend of the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Tonight LDEI will partner with ACFB for a special evening of education and entertainment. Hospitality expert Sandra Banks of Added Touch Catering will share tips and techniques on spectacular entertaining at home. Chef Cathy Conway of Avalon Catering will start us off with a Tomato Tarte Tatin and Chef Tamie Cook will prepare Parsley Salad with Early Spring Vegetables and Walnut Vinaigrette. Chef Holly Chute will share her recipe for Chicken Breasts with Wild Mushrooms and Artichokes to partner with Chef Jennifer Booker’s Quinoa Pilaf. Chef Virginia Willis will end the evening with Down Home Comfort Brown Sugar Strawberry Shortcakes with Vanilla Cream. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by National Distributors and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods, and Cabot Cheese. Date:
