Chef Andrew Isabella, who grew up fishing with his family in Florida, is the right person at the helm. In light of the autumn season, in this class Chef Isabella will feature butternut squash along with seafood. He’ll demonstrate how to make Kale Salad with butternut squash and brown butter vinaigrette, Smoked Salmon with crème fraiche butternut squash and Butternut Squash Soup.
