Chef Mary Moore of The Cook's Warehouse & Sommelier Don Hackett of Avant Partir Wine Join Cook’s Warehouse Founder, Mary Moore and Sommelier Don Hackett for their annual December food and wine class! They always deliver a fun and educational evening in the kitchen, and this year’s class is no exception. This go ‘round they’ll be demonstrating how to make a few of their favorite dishes: Pear Comte Purses, Citrus Caesar salad, Fresh Pasta with Boar Ragu & Italian Brussels Sprouts Gratin and Panna Cotta with seasonal fruit compote for dessert. Along the way, Don will pair each dish with an interesting wine while providing the class with insightful information regarding wine selection.
