Sobban Korean Southern Diner represents much of what is so great about the Atlanta dining scene – fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared in a way that bridges faraway flavors with the familiarity of the South.  After a successful venture with Heirloom Market BBQ, Jiyeon and Cody looked to their respective cultures before opening Sobban.  Jiyeon brings her Korean heritage and techniques and fuses them with Cody’s influence rooted in foods and traditions of the deep South.
