Chef Archna Becker of Bhojanic You’ve asked for more Indian vegetarian, so back by popular demand, Archna has created a great vegetarian menu that will satisfy your craving. Add a little spice to your vegetarian repertoire once you roll up your sleeves and join Archna in the kitchen to prepare these vegetarian favorites: Alu Gobhi (Potato and Cauliflower with Ginger and Onions), Saag Paneer (Spinach and Indian Cheese), Peas Pullao (Rice with Spices and Peas), Bengan Bharta (Spicy Roasted Eggplant with Tomatoes and Cilantro), Chana Masala (Spicy Masala Chickpeas), Chapati (Whole Wheat Indian Flatbread) and Raita (Cucumber Yogurt Sauce).
