Join Cook’s Warehouse Founder and Owner, Chef Mary Moore, Chef Nealey Thompson, and Sommelier (and fabulous cook in his own right) Don Hackett for their annual December food and wine class! This year they will focus on helping you create an ultimate holiday entertaining experience for your guests by demonstrating how to make numerous delicious Basque-inspired tapas. The menu will include Ham Croquettes, Lamb-stuffed Peppers, Pisto Manchego (eggplant, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers), Roasted Pimentón Fingerling Potatoes with aioli, and Gâteau Basque (Basque Cake). Each dish be paired with an amazing wine carefully selected by Don, who has over 10 years as a wine expert and has traveled extensively through Europe and Spain.
