The Iberian Pig combines the tastes of Spain, with a fresh, eclectic, American social atmosphere.  Its menu, which focuses on traditional cured meats and Spanish cheese, along with tapas, salads and flatbreads, honors traditional Spanish flavor combinations with modern techniques and culinary creativity. Join him tonight as he bridges the old and new with his menu of Shrimp Escabeche served with toasted olive baquette and black olive aioli; Marcona Salad with Marcona almond brittle, local strawberries, nad peas and butter lettuce tossed in a Kalimotoxo vinaigrette; and Grilled Lamb Chops with mojo rojo, eggplant puree, sauteed pearl onions, fire roasted red peppers and fresh yogurt. Evening includes wine tastings sponsored by Sherlock’s Wine Merchant and a chance to win tasty door prizes provided by Bella Cucina Artful Foods and Cabot Cheese.
